once upon a time in black and white is a collection of short stories, only a few parts of the puzzle called a human life: moments, faces, lights and shadows, fears and hopes. images possess the power to invoke our memories more than words can, hence speaking the language of the soul and not that of the mind. it does not really matter whether such images are moments of real life or whether they are moments of real dreams. their history is introduced by a photograph and developed by the imagination of the viewer.
