once upon a time in color is a collection of short stories inspired by modern history, made out of the lives of human beings, the passions of their hearts, and the breaths of their minds. opening a history book one finds dates of wars, tales of countries built and others destroyed, allies and enemies, lives sacrificed and others glorified. is this really what modern history is about?
through its photographs and through the shades of their colors, once upon a time in color attempts to ride the waves of human emotions, attempts to catch the present, weigh the past, and possibly dream of a new future. these waves are introduced by a photograph and developed by the imagination of the viewer.
